There was a account opened in my name. Submitted all document to prove it was a account. When they sent information to ITC they said I settled the account which I didn't because it was. I have a bad credit record now because of that. They were supposed to send me a letter to confirm that the default would be removed, and more than a month later still not confirmation letter, called them more than 3 times and every time they say it will be removed before end of day. Spoke to Chantal, Leroy and Lauren. This is the worst service ever. #Truworths#WorstService
