I would like to report an excellent service i received from the Truworths department. A acc was opened under my ID# in dec 2012, i reported this at the Truworths store and they requeted an affidavit and my id copy. I submitted the documents and im glad to say the account has been cancelled and i also received the clearence letter. Truworths is the only store which has given me excellent service as several acounts were opened using my ID# during the past month. I wish all stores could be so sensitive and caring towards peaople even if they are not their clients. Thanks a million Truworths!!!
