Day before yesterday I called the Truworths call centre @ and spoke to Renee whereby I requested this company to send me a settlement letter as the bank needed this to settle my account, Renee told me she will request this & I will get it sent via mail in 48hrs, today I call & spoke to Noxolo who told me that the "letter" had been sent to my email address, but I had not received anything as yet but she will re-request it. I called again and spoke to Tasreeq who's rude to start off with, & he tells me Truworths does not do that anymore, they can only send me a statement which I have, he makes me hold on forever & gently puts the phone down in my ear. How rude, I called again & spoke to Lauren who tells me the same thing no settlement letter is done by Truoworths & that this was introduced a while ago, but now why was I told by Renee and Noxolo that a letter will be issued? what kind of a Mickey Mouse company is this? I am highly disgusted with you Truworths & hope to never ever deal with you ever & your rude agents who are clueless when it comes to the happenings of your company its beyond shocking!!!
