I recently downloaded the e-reader from [URL Removed] and it did not open. I contacted their Customer Care centre and was ultimately referred to Peter September. Peter took the time to understand my problem and although it took two days and endless patience from Peter, the e-reader is now working. Thanks for amazing, friendly and very efficient service and follow-up to make sure that everything is ok. Great Service.
