I mentioned on Facebook that my Gobii's battery life was not up to standard. The fb team commented immediately verifying my order nr and someone from the returns dept sent an e-mail asking when the reader could be picked up. This was the only time things were going slow, because i requested the reader to be picked up last week Monday or Tuesday. Eventually the courier collected the reader on Thursday. Monday I received an e-mail stating the device was received and the turn-around time is normally 14 days. This morning i received an e-mail stating a credit was made to my account as the device could not be repaired. This was great, fast service! Thank you! Mentally i was busy preparing myself for a big fight, because thats the only way the paying customer will get any kind of satisfaction, but kalahari gave me a pleasant surprise!
