I complained a few weeks back because my mails to [URL Removed] customer service were being ignored, until I complained on hello peter when they suddely were able to respond.
So, after getting no response again, here i am on hello peter again hoping to elicit a response to my query.
The new [URL Removed] website does not work and tracking details cannot be captured, i have orders piling up which look like they've not been despatched, when they in fact have and I cannot capture details. This is the same complaint I lodged around three or four weeks ago, so not sure what they are actually doing when they say they're working to iron out all the problems which they acknowledge
