Kalahari E-Books application

E-book textbook purchased 13 March 2013. Opened it for the 1st week, after which the kalahari e-reader application crashed. Contacted the support centre 23 March 2013 as well as email communication. On 26 March received mail to say that the money had been refunded to my credit card, as problem could not be fixed, which was after I had asked the call centre operator to correct the problem so that I could use my textbook. Was told I would have to wait 3 - 5 days to get my credit back on my card.

-Poor after sales service
-A product that doesnt work (E-reader).
