I went into the store in Kenilworth centre 2 days ago and saw a dress I really liked priced R360. I asked the assistant if it was the last one and she said yes I then proceeded to ask her if she could find out which other stores have it, then she said I must go to the front desk and they will help.the store wasnt full and there was a long line for payments, the least the staff member could do was check for me. Nevertheless we check with Claremont and they have it, so today I want to go and purchase the dress and its marked up to R385.I am not prepared to pay R385 for the dress. One of the assistants advised that the store had a mark up yesterday. I tell one of the assistants my story and she says sorry theres nothing she can do, thats the price i'll have to pay. You guys already have such a high profit margin then you have a mark up just as the festive season kicks in when you know that profit will be made this time of the year. Its totally unacceptable!!!
