I went to try on a dress in the ladies fitting room at woolworths east rand mall. The dress I tried on was too big. I asked the fitting room assistant if it was at all possible for her to fetch a me a smaller size. She said that she was alone and she couldn't help me. I stood in the passage of the ladies fitting room half dressed and then telephoned my husband who was on the other end of the mall to come into woolworths and find me a smaller size. Whilst on the phone with my husband a second fitting room assistant walked into the fitting room area and both the fitting room assistants stood watching me trying to explain to my husband what the dress looked like. My husband eventually came to the fitting room to see what the dress looked like so he could find it and wasn't allowed in as he had both my kids in a trolley. When I was walking out I asked one of the fitting room assistants where I could find a manager and she said she didn't know. I was so disappointed by the behaviour of the staff, that I left the store without purchasing the dress, which I was rather keen on purchasing.
