WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

WAS SHOPPING AT YDE OVER THE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR PERIOD WHEN I FOUND A PHENOMENA DRESS THAT I LOVED .WENT TO FITTING ROOM TO TRY DRESS ON ONLY TO DISCOVER IT WAS DAMAGED, THE DRESS HAD FLAWS IN THE FABRIC THAT ONE COULD SEE CLEARLY .I ASKED SALES ASSISTANT TO CHECK IF OTHER STORES HAD THE DRESS HE SAID TO ME WATERFRONT & TYGERVALLY HAD THE DRESS I REQUESTED THAT THE DRESS BE SENT TO CAVENDISH FROM TYGERVALLY HE SAID SURE AND IT WILL TAKE ABOUT A WEEK TO GET TO STORE.AFTER A WEEK WENT BY I DID NT HEAR FROM THE STORE SO I WENT IN AND WHEN I GOT TO CAVENDISH TO FIND OUT I WAS TOLD THE DRESS WASN'T REQUESTED TO BE SENT FROM TYGERVALLY WE CALLED WATERFRONT BRANCH AGAIN AND THE DRESS THEY HAD IN THEIR STORE WAS ALSO DAMAGED .SO THE ONLY STORE LEFT WAS THE BRANCH IN BLOEMFONTEIN .WE ASKED THEM TO CHECK THE DRESS B4 THEY SEND AND THEY INFORMED US THE DRESS WAS FINE .WHEN I GOT TO CAVENDISH TO COLLECT THE DRESS I TRIED IT ON AND... 5 FLAWS IN THE DRESS.I WAS FURIOUS .THIS MORNING I GET A CALL FROM YDE SAYING THE DESIGNER CANT FIX THE DRESS AND ISN'T WILLING TO DISCOUNT IT EITHER YET 4 STORES ACROSS THE COUNTY HAVE DAMAGED STOCK HANGING ON THEIR RAILS WHICH I DON'T UNDERSTAND
