Phenomena gold sequence long elegant dress

Hi

I was at the YDE store on Thursday and saw a stunning Gold elegant phenomena long evening dress, but unfortunately couldn't find my size so asked the cashier to check at another store or see if he can contact the designer to enquire if they can make my size as I need this dress for our year end function. He promised that he was going to call all stores and the designer and notify once done and up until today I still haven't received a call or message or any communication, does it really take so long to phone around or is the store just not interested in another sale??? I would like the manager of the store to call me and assist with finding me this dress.
