Head Office arranged to collect loaner couches from me last Thursday. I was told that I would get a refund of the Hampton couches 2 days later, since they were unable to fix/replace the couches.
It is now almost a WEEK later, and after taking up MY time to follow-up since last Friday, I am STILL awaiting the refund AND feedback from Head Office!
This just sums up the way things are with Rochester. The service is simply repugnant! Promises to return calls are simply not actioned!
