Last year April I purchased leather recliners from Rochester, when they were assembled at our home they are not aligned. We contacted Elize and explained the problem, the response was they out of stock but as soon as they receive stock it will be replaced. A year later, the 3 seat is even bigger problem as the one seat has sunk in. Contacted Elize again and I was told that these couches are discontinued, in order to have them replaced we must go to a store and choose another set. I contacted Elize and gave her what I would prefer and like, it's gone 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from her. For the money that I have spent at Rochester, and the service is just unbelievable. If they cannot replace these couches I want a refund.
