NIKNAKS THAT WAS BITTEN BY RATS AND SOLD LIKE THAT

We send our office lady to buy the goods, upon her return I opended the packet and IMMEDIATLY noticed that this does not tast fresh. As I turned the packet you can see that the packet has been BITTEN BY RATS OR SOMETHING. I PHONED the manager and all he said was I am sorry! I mean you can SERIOUSLY GET SICK OF SOMETHING LIKE THIS. Goods need to be checked on a daily basis.
