https:///rochester-home-decor/complaints/bought-tv-unit-no-leg-1232120 after the complaint Rochester promised to come Monday this week, the incorrect part yet again came wrong, my wife had to take off work to be there, they have taken the tv unit, they also promised to come sort out the couches issue this Friday, 2013-11-15, they still have not come through. I will be rather get my money back in full due the nonsense i been trough to get service. I believe this falls under the customer protection and will call Rochester on Monday, if our money is not given back we will take this matter further. This is not acceptable at all, I left work early to be here and no Rochester. Thank you for wasting my time which I will never get back!
