Hi,

I bought a bible on 25 November.

First of all, the picture on the website and product I have received are not the same, which means that I don't get what I have asked for.

Second of all, the product's cover is damaged. If I had paid R80 for this product, it would have been acceptable, but I have paid R456 and it is unacceptable. Now, I understand that the publisher of the book is responsible for the state of the product, but surely the supplier, Loot, should do some quality checking and make sure that each product they distribute are in a good condition.

This is the second product published by Darton Longman& Todd I bought that is damaged. Surely you must contact this company and let them know about the poor quality of their books?
