I bought a catalina corner suite from rochester just a little over a 2year ago.i have since then had my suite replaced 4 times!! the most recent event (3months ago) i called rochester and told them the couches are sagging and the suite is again a couple of months old, after much nagging and pleading and numerous phone calls i eventually got them to send someone out to inspect the couches. the gentleman agreed that the couches frame was "faulty" and the would arrange to have the couches replaced. i called the manager at strubensvalley branch (Dante') and told him what had transpired and he said he would call me back and let me know when they would be able to sort this problem out. i had to call him back after a couple of days because as per usual i get extremely pathetic service from this branch!!! again i was told that they would contact me so as to sort out the problem.a couple more days went by before i decided to call... yet again!!! only to hear the manager (Dante) tell me that i must first e-mail him before he can do anything!!! its 3 months later and im still waiting!!! wesley
