BAD AFTER SERVICE... ACTUALLY IT WAS TERRIBLE

i had recently purchased a lounge suite from Rochester on Malibongwe and my wife loved it to bits, initially the service was excellent and all was good, on delivery one of the couches was damaged and some of recliners did not work properly, even the ROCKER for which we had to pay an extra R 1500 or so squeaked a lot, . after speaking to the store manager on many occasions he came out eventually and sent a report to customer services, i then received a call from a 'Yull' telling me how sorry the company was and that i will be receiving a new set which they had ready in the warehouse, three weeks later i fone to follow up and guess what, he was on leave and didn't leave an instruction to any one else, i then received a call from a 'Leonie' she told me that we have to start the process again and some one will have to come look at the couches, i blew my top of, gave them a deadline to sort all out, and to my surprise nothing was sorted, So here i am today without any couches, as i asked them to collect their junk and give me a refund... im still awaiting my Refund, ( this whole process started in January) and now we in April..IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE,???
