We organized delivery which came at the agreed date and time. The chairs were all wrapped in plastic. I noticed the colour seemed off but i thought it was probably lighting. I then put the chair against the couch since I paid nearly R2000 for custom colour leather (from Alpine) and the colour is way yellow.
I remember at the time I purchased my couches I wanted the chairs to be the same colour leather and the standard colour that was the closest was too yellow when compared to the Dark Beige of the couches.
I believe after struggling to get my chairs done they simply decided to send me what they had.
Bottomline is I paid nearly R2000 per custom chair and after 6 months I receive standard chairs.
Rochester should take care of its customers. Given the many complaints on Hello Peter I believe few people will return to purchase from Rochester.
