I need to state my dissatisfaction in the level of service I have recieved at your Witbank branch. I bought couches on the 21 December 2012 paid up and was told I would recieve them end of January 2013 which was the agreement. Then late January the salesman Ronald Maseko came and told me the colour I want is not available after I had placed the order and I should choose another colour which I did. Now he called me last week to say I would recieve them end of March. The part I dont understand is why is it taking so long? I am livid that one of my fellow collgues whom I adviced to come make the same purchase at your store just 3 weeks ago has recieved her couches and she says she choose a similar color to mine. I am infuriated to say the least. Please can you assist me in the speedy delivery of my couches as I am close to cancelling the whole deal and paying the cancellation fees. Please get back to me as I am tired of false promises from the staff at the store I am now pleading with someone from head office to assist me. Least can I have my couches end of February. Please!
