On 30 June 2012 I bought a tumble drier under guarantee from OK Furnishers in Bothaville. During October 2013 I started havng a problems with the door. I contacted OK Furnishers who appointed Stime Ondernemings t/a Alfa Service Kroonstad to collect the door for repairs.By 13/11/2013 I called them, after having received no feedback whatsoever, and were advised that the door is still not repaired. On 29/11/2013 Ii once again followed up and were informed that they are no longer the agents for Defy, and that the door has been sent to Defy Bloemfontein (ref 615027990, contact person Peet Kruger). He was supposed to call me on 26/11/2013, but never did. On 29/11/2013 @13:45 I spoke to Mr Kruger who advised that he received the door but no repairs have been done and he will enquire and come back to me. At 14:00 he called me and advised that the door part for the repair has been ordered and he will call me during the course of the week 2/12/2013 to confirm when the door will be ready. I called him on 9/12/2013, not having received any feedback from him and once again he said he would enquire and come back to me, but to this very moment nothing and he was very rude in our last telecon
