Only pronises - no service!

I bought a Defy fridge in December 2012 from Tafelberg Parklands.
In May 2013 I noticed that a superficial piece of the door rubber came off. It was reported to Tafelberg (Tuwaiva) 23 May 2013. I was promised that Defy would come out. It never happened. After numerous daily promises that Defy will come "tomorrow" to replace the rubber, I was eventually told that they will rather replace the whole door. Again nothing happened, and somebody staying at home for in case they pitch! A request to speak to the branch manager (Andrew) on 03 July 2013 ended with a promise that he will phone me back. I am still waiting on his call.
On 04 July I spoke to a Keith at Tafelberg's head office. He promised to sort out the problem. A call from Elizabeth from the Parklands branch followed stating that Defy is now going to replace the whole fridge, because the wrong door was ordered. Nothing happened. I called Keith again on 08 July. He promised to follow up with Defy and come back to me. I am still waiting. A call to Elizabeth on 09 July @ 09H30 revealed that she "still has to contact Defy". She will come back to me. I am still waiting.
