I bought a Defy DBO457 under counter oven from Hirsch. When it was delivered there were 3 faults on it. Buttons that stick in. Buckled cover plate and scratched glass door.. After many telephone calls Hirsch replaced it with a new one. It had the same problem except the door was OK. Hirsch then went and checked their warehouse and found they all had the same problem so they sourced one in Gauteng. Which they delivered to me in Scottburgh. Guess what??? it had the same problems.
If thats the way Defy manufacture their products I will never buy a Defy product again. I have always been a Defy user but have now decided that local is not lekker but utter rubbish. Will be going for Korean or Japanese products in future
