Shocking after sales service from Defy

I purchased all my appliances 5.5 yrs ago and chose the Defy brand. 1 week after this purchase my microware started playing up and had to be repaired. After 7 repairs and a request to replace it they would not and it eventually started tripping my electricity.

Since then once the warranty on the appliances was over I have had endless issue and endless fights with Defy to get my appliances services. They do not have one person who can deal with the fridge and the tumble dryer or the microwave so each service issue gets charged at a minimum call out fee of R400.

More recently in December my double door fridge stopped making ice, 3 times the service person came out to repair this, then the day it was repaired that evening there was a pipe which was leaking water. We reported this and were charged another R400, after 3 attempts the leaking pipe was repaired however that evening the water dispenser lost all pressure and the water trickled out. We have now tried for over a month to get someone out to sort this issue out. They now tell me they have no history of servicing my appliances as they update their software. So I must now pay another R400 to get this repaired.
