Poor customer services

Dear Sir/Madam

I was at Pick n Pay Vangate Mall last night just for a quick pop in, only to get to the till point the cashier and two packers (staff members) are chatting away.
The cashier actually stopped what she doing to continue her chat with the packers for about 2 minutes, that I actually had to tell the cashier "erm hello could you stop chatting" the cashier didn't apologise and just smiled, enough to get me off and then to top it off 1 of her packers just gave me this nasty look, what a bladdy cheek of her.
I paid what I had to and my mom was behind me to buy electricity and asked for R200 electricity
But once again they went on chatting, Only for the cashier to not listen and she put through R100 for the electricity and not R200, my mom was furious and inconvienced cause now she has to go back to the shop for electricity tomorrow again plus she's a pensioners can't always make it to the shops everyday.
The till point I was at was the one that has the sign "wheel chairs" and I was in there between 6:15pm to 6:30pm at the till point.
How bad is this? this isnt the first time this has happened as well.
