Poor Till Service

I purchased a basket of goods and stood in the Baskets Only queue. Despite the sign being very visible there were Pick n Pay staff in the queue with trolleys, but that is not what this is about.

When it was my turn to have my goods rung up, I placed the basket in the space provided at the till-point. The cashier started ringing up the goods and then said to me "You can unpack the basket for me". The only reason that this was said is because she was actually too fat to fit in the space provided for the cashier and therefore couldn't reach the goods, despite the fact that the system is meant to work like that.
She then proceeded to ring up the goods and piled them on one side.
Once I had paid, with my credit card she gave me the slip and then looked at me. I then asked, "Are you going to pack the goods or are they going to get into the packet by themselves? ". Her response was, "We don't have packers! "
She then muttered/ spoke to another women in a security uniform who then begrudgingly shoved everything into one packet, absolutely clueless about what to pack where to keep the packet shape or make it easy to carry.
I suggest that you get your cashiers into the game
