Last week we bought a Defy Fridge from OK Furnishers and went to pick it up ourself. After switching the power on, it still hadn't cooled anything after 72 hours. As we were out of house for the weekend, we returned to find all the perishables spoilt and the freezing compartment full of unusable food. After reporting the problem to the local shop as well as headquarters, the answer was that they'd look into it and we needed to contact the supplier to complain about the spoilt food. This is totally unacceptable, as consumer I'd like to trust in the quality and functionality of anything that I buy. Now they just shrug their shoulders and we have to wait for something to happen.
