I am totally appalled by the way i was treated this morning by the cashier named Regina in Pick n Pay Bramley Gardens. I came to buy prepaid electricity in this morning at 08.09am and Regina didnt return my electricity card when she gave me the receipt. I came back for the card and was welcomed by a bad attitude and shouting from her. I have been calling the store for the past 4 hours and their phones are unswered or are busy in order for me to report the matter to the Store manager. I want appropriate action to be taken against the cashier and my electricity returned to me by close of business today. If this is the type of service Pick n pay employees are giving to the clients then rather i utilise alternative supermarkets. I am expecting feedback by the end of today.
