Every time when i complain they promise to improve

Today i went to pick n pay waterfront at the information desk two cashier were chatting when i ask if i can buy electricity they refuse cause i must wait til another cashier can come since when is it for a cashier a big problem to help a client people at Pick n pay is just lazy no respect to help there clients as well maybe you should look at the managers if they treat their staff with respect they will treat the clients with respect
