Shocking service and no stock

On sunday 08/12/13 i bougth a Dstv Walka 7 at the roodepoort branch with a long process with paper work that took almost 40min.

after doing all of that i has to phone dstv to do the activation on the walka, with a lot of frutration i was told that the unit is faulty and needed to take it back to the store were it was bought to exchange it

frustrated already from waiting a long time and getting a faulty unit i has to drive all the way back to the store and wait 20 min for some one to assist with the refund making it even more frustating.

after doing paperwork to get the refund i go back to the electronics department were i had to wait another 20min for some one to check for stock and had to wait another 37min for the store manager to come and talk to me as to why the product is still listed and displayed but their was no stock on the walka 7? the manager told me very sarcasticly that there is nothing that he can or will do at the moment and that the fact that tere is no stock is not his problem!!! after trying to reason with the manager the till staff laughed and said it is because you are white? it is shocking and very heartbreaking as to what has happend
