I have bought a dstv walka last year and that thing is now not working and i live in palm springs in the vaal. So i decided to go to southgate for help and they told me they cant assist since they cant test the walka for me and replace it i must to to maponya mall, i went last month to maponya mall from vaal to get it tested and replace as i was told by southgate agent and i logged a equery on their website about the problem i had with my dstv walka and they told me again to go to maponya mall i will get help and replacement, last month sometimes i drove from vaal to maponya mall to bring my dstv walka and when i got there thay told me that they cant help me the walka is damaged and they cant help me because they dont have replacements in stoke and i must go to randburg to sort out my issues, i am was so angry because i have being tossed around and i am a liable client that pays them in time and i even have PVR and a compact with them, i am so dissapointed i have a blank walka with me and my husband uses when he is at work as i bought it for him for his birthday present last year JULY, i have travelled alot to try to fix this walka i am not going to randburg, need help asap!!
