Physically damaged Walka my @55!!!

Bought Walka about 2 months ago for my dad. The unit on the device where you put the charger cable in is loose, and with putting the cable in and out with charging, this unit falls into the Walka, so cant use this product. On saturday I take it to Multichoice (Phoned Game and they said I should, as our house help throws away everything, cant find my slip), pretty sure I will just get a new one, end of story, but no, Valmary at the helpdesk takes device to tech guy, who HARDLY looks at it and says its physical damage. Now HOW on earth could one physically damage that little piece of thingie, the device is always in the box when not used. The device is in PERFECT condition except because of bad glue or whatever it is that is used results in that unit falling in and making it my R900 problem suddenly. How long has the big Walka been on the market...? Teething problems, but yep, make it the customers!! PATHETIC!!! I want my Walka replaced NOW!!! I gotta go, facebook next, then ombudsman.
