Bought a phone form the online store. It lasted 3 days and then died. Nkululeko promised me next day exchange via courier services. Courier piched to collect broken phone but did not have new phone. Phoned Nkululeko at online store and he promised me that the new phone is on the way and I will have it the same day. I believed him and send courier of with broken phone. I later called courier company who was not aware of a delivery for me. It is now the next day and Nkululeko is still promising and courier company is not aware of any package for me. Stop your Nkululeko. You are damaging Dion Wired's reputation.
