I subcribed to oneplan in dec and was assited by nkululeko and early jan asent nkululeko an email that im not like the plan anymore and he should cancel it... and end jan my a ccount was debited twice a nd i went to my bank reverse the account and called the contact centre and was advised that they will look into it and that they are aware of that, end of feb account was debited R1053 on my acount and as capitec new t/c that they cant reverse the accountb without c ancellation letter and i called oneplan spoke to terrisa and she said nkululeko is nolonger their employee and that they cant reverse the amount due tothe fact that they cant retrieve nkululeko emails and asked to be tranfered to a supevisor and she said he r sup is RONALD GOVENDER and i waited for his call and he never called and ened up going to capitec so that tey can call them and they never picked their phone and im here thwy have my money and they didnt cancell... so i need my money back in my account...
