Phoned call centre to check on my order. Phone rings and rings. Someone picks up. Does not speak and then the call terminates. After numerous attempts, eventually get to speak to Nkululeko. Order was placed on website on 2nd December 2013. Nkululeko says he will check on my order with the Gateway store and provide feedback. More than 90 minutes has lapsed and no call back.
Website indicates that my order 100016864 is on hold. Why is order on hold?
