Dion Wired not giving me what I paid for

I placed an order on Dion Wired's online store. As courier was about to give me the package, he asks me for copy of my ID. I explained to him that it's quite unrealistic to expect people to have random copies of their ID's laying around as not all people are fortunate to have photocopiers at the their homes. I also explained that I unfortunately lost my ID and was in the process of getting a new one. I offered to quote my ID number to him, but was not interested. He says that it is a requirement from Dion Wired and that he cannot give me the package and has to consult his head office and will return the same day. He also says that Dion Wired should have told me about the ID copy needed for the package (which nobody did, not even on the website). He did not return the same day. The next day Dion Wired online store calls me to address the problem. I explain to them what happened and the situation with my ID. The consultant says that it is perfectly fine if my wife signs for the package and just needs to produce her ID. The courier came again, but did not give package as he still needs a copy of my ID. I told him to keep package and that i want a refund. Terrible service allround
