We bought a motor-rise scooter from home mark when we switched it on the 1st time it wouldn't work the second unit gave problems again after a mount of use. I have now gave up and requested a refund after days waiting on a call from there area manager Thinus I have now eventually got hold of him and were told that they do not do refunds. And that I can go to the paper and do what I have to won't get my money back. I will make it my duty and spread the word that nobody should waist there money or time buying from them. There service totally and I'm not sure what type of business they running. I'm disgusted by the service and will not in future purchase from any home-mark store.
