My partner recently bought a Polaroid DC210 Digital Camera from Homemark via the internet & it was delivered but when it arrived it was by no means what was promised. (It was absolute rubbish, a piece of plastic that did nothing but chew battery power) and when I contacted Homemark & told them what the problem was I was told buy their head office that it was not their problem but my problem, that they were not going to collect it from me & that I had to take time off work to bring it back to them (as they do not work weekends) only then would they refund me my money. We are now stuck with a product that I am bitterly unhappy with & no way of getting the money back. We feel we were scamed & this was the 1st & last time we will ever purchase a product from Homemark.
