Home Mark possesses transaction

I bought some items from Home Mark via gift card and had to pay for the postage, so I gave Home mark my bank details. Home Mark then phoned a few times for some promotions and every time I told them I'm not interested. So today I saw Home mark took R2 594.61 from my account without my permission. I want this transaction reversed by COB immediately as I will take further steps if not done so. ASAP
