BAD BAD SERVICE AND MANNERS, CUSTOMER SERVICE

My husband ordered me a Samsung Galaxy Note for Christmas. But he made a error on website and order the Note phone instead of the tablet. So when i received it from him very excited opened the seal and was dissapointed that it was the wrong item. Which needless to say how dissapointed he was. I did not switch the phone on or take any stickers or anything from the phone. Returned it in original package. So i contacted Kalahari and they said i can send it back which was the same day. Courier come to fetch it with no problem. Then about a week after that i contact them by telephone as not getting any response from my emails. The lady i spoke to said no problem the phone was returned. I asked her what amount was to refunded and she checked on the system the full amount R8651.95 (she gave me the amount). A day afterwards i got email from Kalahari to state that 20% will be deducted from the refund amount. Needless to say i was very angry as the lady already confirmed the amount. Send reply that unacceptable. two days later i received call from very bad tempered man. We had few words over the phone. I think this is totally BAD SERVICE. I also had already ordered the correct Galaxy. POOR!!
