I bought my son a Vibro Belt a month before I gave it to him. However, the day we gave the belt to him only to find that the belt wasnt working. 2 days later I contacted Homemark Customer Services on 011 444 8800 and at 011 430 6000, only to be sent from pillar to post for a period of 2 weeks now. They keep promising to call me back, but nothing materialises.
I was told my Nosipho who's in change for the Retail Stores, to go to store and they'll inspect my vibro belt and if it is faulty, they would refund my money!! Nosipho told me to go to the store and fetch my money. Please have them trace the call and play it back!! She makes me out to be the!! The nerve of some people!! But theyre in Customer Services!!! Where's the Customer Care???
My oh my, being told to take the product back to the store and getting there, the guy, Brandon, tells me he already spoke to his Regional Manager, Thinus Botha that he cant refund me, but only exchange the product.
How can HOMEMARK be trusted!!! Now they want to hind behind policies?? Where on the till slip does it show any of their so called 7 day refund and i wasnt informed of this either!! Bottom line - I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
