Turducken, Stuffed Chicken, 4 Bird Roast, Ultimate Turducken, Frozen Ducks, Mr. Kipling cakes are all advertised as being available. They are NOT available in any of your stores. The only available Turduckens are the leftovers from last Xmas & all expire on 31/12/2013. ( What health & safety policies are in place?)
I have been told by Mr. Lamour (manager) that there is a supplier problem & SORRY that I have wasted petrol cost, time & energy to go to your store.
Whilst in your store another lady wanted a leg of lamb with the shank bone attached, this was unavailable, the excuse being you didn't have a Blockman & lots of staff had resigned.
To say I am furious is an understatement. Checkers, why are you advertising such products when you are fully aware they are unavailable.? STOP messing your customers about & stop saying SORRY, rather fix YOUR problems. If you were forced to compensate wasted petrol costs we'd soon see some action.
