Over drawn messages, when nothings over drawn

I get a recorded voice message telling me my account is over drawn. I panic as I havent used the card in over a month and it was far from overdrawn. Immediately I think my card was cloned (as it had happened in the past) and go on to my online banking to find the same balance I left it with. My card is not over drawn at all. The same thing happened a few months ago and I do not understand it.
