Just lost R300 :-(

Hi There,

I am really dissapointed. Been going around in circles for the past few days even completed a dispute form.

Was at Fuel BP Prince george garrage on the 07/02/2013. Filled my tank and paid with my bank card.
As a result the transaction rejected. TIME OUT... As a result i ran into the store and drew at a Standard bank ATM and paid the gararge in cash.

LATER to find out the money was deducted from my account. I went straight back to the gararge found the attending guy who assisted me who was fully aware of what happend. Spoke to the manager and they advised that there was nothing they could do i need to liaise with FNB as they would be able to reverse the transaction.
I completed a dispute form with the necessary details faxed it off and received feedback that they require a cash slip. Advised on multiple occasions that i do not have the cash slip anylonger.
1. The transaction of the cash withdrawl is clear along with the time that the two transaction are close.
2. I never signed anything (No proof of me signing for the transaction that was processed)
At this stage i sent a couple of mails explaining this. :-( service really i am so dissapointed
