I have purchased two massage vouchers on 02/12/13. Unfortunately my baby was not well so was unable to attend which I called an hour in advance to advise. Called to advise her of the situation & to confirm if I could re-schedule the appointment for another day she refused to do so. She advised she needed 24 hours to cancel an appointment. I understand that there is procedures to follow but in certain situations there should be some sort of consideration. How was I supposed to predict or know that my baby was going to be unwell before 24 hours of the appointment? Maybe if I had powers of seeing into the future then I would have seen it. I am very upset that people can be so inconsiderate knowing that it was something I had no control over. This voucher is valid until 31/03/2014 so why can't I re-schedule? To think businesses advertise to promote their services but only to not meet the requirements of the customers when unfortunately situations occur. I have purchased many other deals from other sites but NEVER had a bad experience like this! What happened to good customer services & consideration? I request a refund or else would be taking it further exercising my consumer rights!!
