Customer services, what customer service

I went to Edgars because on my account it said I have U save points I can use. I stood in line for half an hour, when I get to the till I notice I forgot my card and the lady said I can buy at customer services. I go to customer services, there are 2 people working and 3 helping them, I stand in line for another 15 minutes, when I get to the front the lady says she cant help me she is still busy with the previous person, I get back in line, when finaly she calls me to the front she gives me a slip to use to buy the stuff I want, and tells me I must go stand in another line, I wait for another 25 minutes, while they keep on helping other people that came after me (I have never been so humiliated in my life before, I dont know if it was a thing, but it certainly felt that way to me), then the lady calls me again and says now she can help me again (the same lady that said I must go stand in another line...). when I get there they tell me I don't have enough U save points, even though my account showed me I have! I wasted an hour and left with nothing. The lines are hopeless too, it is the end of the month and they have 3 people working, and 5 standing around behind them!
