We went to Game to return not working goods. Standing in line and waiting for service. The person was finished in front of us and we were asked if we could be helped by the lady behind the counter. Once we stood by the counter expecting service. The lady carried on doing other thing like housekeeping and helping her colleague next to her with her customer. We were waiting for her to eventually finish until she said she will be with us now. Needless to say we still waited!
