We entered KFC N1 city around 10:30pm were we met by an coloured couple at the counter that were been helped by the cashier. The only people in KFC at that time was my wife my brother the couple and myself. After the couple were helped we were next in line, we went closer to the counter the cashier walked away without saying anything and he was the only one behind the counter serving people. we waited for him to come back and he didn't, this was 15 min later we asked if someone can help us please were we got a replay, "he is busy now"! I found that very odd that he was helping the drive-throw lady and the rest of the staff was having a chat and laugh and not doing anything else. The cashier passed us ones more were he had 2 milkshakes in his hand and not in a hurry at all. After waiting waiting a long time with no one helped us we decided rather to go to MACDONALDS across the street!
This is not the first time we got bad service or the incorrect food at this KFC. I let it go every time this happened but today was the last straw!
I really hope that something will be done about this and the MANAGER on shift will be held accountable for not supervising his staff and allowing this!
