Interest charged, when accounts failed to update

My account has been charged with interest after it has been paid off months ago. Please clear the matter up, and reverse. Foschini were not able to trace payments on more than one occassion and this resulted in interest being added to my account when it was paid in full. Please rectify a.s.a.p
