Foshini Group Accounts Department WORST SERVICE!!!

I have received numerous calls regarding outstanding payments on my Markhams account.
I am being charged an amount of interest monthly and threatened that I will be handed over.

I have been paying my account via EFT for the last few months now and have kept it all up to date. I've sent through a few e-mails attaching my proof of payments and still nothing is being done. I have gone as far as to settle my account, whilst sending the proof of payments to their EFT email address and am still being charged interest for amounts outstanding. PLEASE, for the love of, sort out your messed up accounts department!!!

Some payments I made 3 months ago are being allocated to my account now only. Unnecessary interest charged on my accounts.

This is EXTREMELY poor service especially to someone who actually pays his account!!! Sort this out so that I can be done with you!!! Pathetic!!!
